Have you Refreshed publication? Check if the Item you wish to insert into publication is part of the category you wish to publish. Check if the Channel is specified on the Item, does it correspond with publication channel? Check if the publication group you are using for items does not have a rule that might rule the item out. |

Group System Number in Publication card must be either left empty or you have to specify the ETIM group you are using. If this is in order, check if your publication group has Feature publication group assigned, if so, check if said Feature publication group has an empty line in rules |

Yes you can have same category multiple times in shopify publication. But when you decide to synchronize publication structure with shopify menu, note, that for each occurrence of category in publication structure, a new shopify collection will be created. |

The next step is to reorganize the publication. This can be done in 2 ways: 1. Open the Publication, go to Data > Reorganize Publication. This will update the complete publication and can take a while 2. Go to the PIM Items list, open the Item, click on Home > Reorganize Publications, select the publication, and press OK |
