Import ETIM classification

Blablabla ETIM is perfect for elektro, manufacture industry, etc.

In the following scenario, you import ETIM classification into the system.

Import ETIM Classification

1. Open https://www.etim-international.com/downloads/?_sft_downloadcategory=model-releases
2. Clean-up IXF namespaces
3. Choose the Search icon, enter Import ETIM Classification, and then choose the related link to open the import wizard
4. Click on the assist edit button (...) to open file explorer
5. Select the file and confirm the selection
6. Once the file name appears in the field File, click on the Next
7. On the Classification Setting, specify values for fields:
   1. Classification System Version - 9.0
   2. Group System ID - the prefix
   3. Language - EN, en-GB, etc.
8. Click on Finish.

In the following scenario, you will review the imported classification

View the classification

1. Choose the Search icon, enter Group Systems, and then choose the related link

2. In the o

3. Find the fact box Preview or Update and click into the area Drop files here or click to select files

4. In the file explorer, find and select one or more pictures with the extension JPG/PNG and click OK

5. System shows the progress bar while files are upload into the database.

6. After the upload process is finished, the progres bar is gone and your Item card

7. On the item see fast group Digital Assets and all uploaded files

If you don't see the fast group. Please check your Pimics license. 8. To see pictures with thumbnails, follow these steps

1. On Item card, click into action group Product Data > Pictures
2. If you see only lines, change the page layout view to Tall Tiles
3. Close the Catalog Pictures
4. Close the Item Card

In the following scenario, you will set one of the uploaded picture as the main picture on the item.

Set or change the main picture ID on the item card

1. Choose the Search icon, enter Items, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the item in the list and open Item Card page.
3. Find the fast group Pimics - General and the field Picture Document ID
4. Click into assist edit button (...) in the field to get list of available Catalog Pictures of this item
5. Select one picture line.

   If you don't see the picture thumbnail, click on the icon Expand the FastTab pane and see Preview or Update

6. Click OK
7. The field value of Picture Document ID has code of the selected picture
8. See the thumbnail of the main picture in the FactBox pane Preview or Update
9. Close the Item Card
